Chest pain caused from the heart , caused by ischaemia and does not cause irreversible myocardial damage

nursing care plan
-patient to report decreased severity or elimination of nausea
-report anginal episodes decreased in frequency , duration , and severity
-
nausea related to chest pain disease as evidenced by nausea vomiting and gagging sensation
-increased cardiac workload consumption as evidenced by distraction behaviour
- monitor pulse respiration and blood pressure of patient with deficiency fluid volume every 15 minute to 1 hour for unstable patient and every 4 hour s for stable patient -
-educate the patient to avoid foods and smells that may trigger nausea
-assess the document of the patient response to medication
