Assonance: So long lives this, and this gives life to thee. where it repeat (i).
Alliteration: By chance or nature’s changing course untrimm'd; Where it repeat (c) in the initial of the words.
Imagery: And summer’s lease hath all too short a date, it means a summer with a really hot sun

Theme and Main Idea: So, from rereading the poem, I can conclude that the theme of the poem is about About comparing the poet love to the nature(summer), and the main idea is the poet compare his love with the summer.
