A collection of logically related PJT activities that culminates in the completion of one or more deliveravles
Transition from phase to phase = GATE, HANDOFF
PHASE GATE
A review at the end of phase to continue to the next phase
= Phase Review, Stage gate, kill point, phase entrance or phase exit.
PRODUCT LIFECYLCE
Serues of phase that represent the evolution of a product, from concept through delivery, growth, maturity and to retirement
( Product lifecycle may include many PJTs)
