- - - - Article 3. The applicant for a teaching, managerial, national, provincial and/or regional supervisory position, submitted to a competition, who does not submit the complete documentation required in the third title of this decree, will not be considered eligible.
      - Article 11. The appointment contest for teachers and professors will be done through a public call.
      - Article 12. The managerial and supervisory positions must be filled, through a call, as they arise.
    - - Article 22. The mentor who is designated to a position requested by him and does not present himself to take office within the five business days following the respective notification, will lose the position and will not be considered for another during the same period.
      - Article 23. The mentor who enters the Ministry of Education for the first time will be designated for a probationary period of two years.
    - - Article 54 The mentor who meets the following requirements has the right to request a transfer: • That he is appointed on a permanent basis and is teaching at school. • That is not in use of leave, with the exception of leave due to pregnancy. • That has not been transferred the previous year.
      - Article 61. The transfer by sanction will proceed for the teaching staff, when there are sanctions imposed with the requirements established in article 133 of Law 47 of 1946, Organic Law of Education.
      - Article 66. When a vacancy occurs due to resignation, insubsistence, retirement or death, during the school period they will be temporarily filled until the end of the school year.
