Viewpoints
Guest

The preview will also allow for students to view the trainings that are for the week which are broken down for each sport. The guest preview is a substitution for a students viewpoint as the system did not require students to login as no benefits occur as a result.

The admin viewpoint is a viewpoint that allows for admins to creates training by establishing the EID, name, start and end time. An admin must login with the same ORGID and password for all admins through the login system to gain entry into the viewpoint
Organizer/ Adult
The organizer and adult viewpoint is a viewpoint that's purpose it to mark attendance at trainings by scanning and accepting student ID cards or enter there student number to gain points for attending a training. For a an adult to take attends at the training, the user must login with their unique adult ID and password which is stored in a table in a database called adults or a staff member or trusted adults with a pre existing adults ID need to register by entering their adult ID which and then enter their new password twice to be stored in the database.
Student viewpoint
For a student viewpoint added, then the first page viewed would be the login and register page for the student. The only pages accessible to students will be the upcoming trainings page and the leader board breakdown page
Navigation
Button / Links
Across the login and register page, there are links and buttons that redirect the user to the alternative page so that the user can easily access the other form of gaining access to an account which exemplifies a great example of effectiveness and accessibility as it increases the speed at which users can use the login and register system.
Navigation Bar
The navigation bar is an example of repetition and heirchary as the feature is above all pages of the website and establishes an order of importance for the webpage. The navigation bar allows for all pages to be accessed at any point from anywhere throughout the interface. The particular page the user is on is highlighted on the navigation bar which is a great example of learnability and accessibility as it becomes easier for users to learn and access the website without any confusion on how to access any page

Devices
All webpages allow for all devices to access the pages whilst still adhering to all of the usability principles
Tablet, Phone and PC
Across all platforms including Tablets, Phones and Laptops, the interface needs to be accessible for all different viewpoints and not break whilst still adhering to all usability principles and basic function because students and account holders will access the account across their mobile devices not just there laptop to check the leader board. In order for that to be achieved, the navigation bar needs to usable at all the stages of the webpage because users on different platforms will become stranded on one page and not adhering to the criteria established for the interface
Phones
For the phone device, the navigation bar needs to scroll down with the page whilst sizes of images must be adjusted to not ruin the scale and comfort of the websites design
Tablets
Need to have resized images and texts or else the scale and proportion of the design will be ruined not allowing all users using different platforms to use the website
Affordances
The webpage needs to offer the same opportunities across all different viewpoints including phones and tablets. This includes the ability to create attends and create events on mobile phones as adults are more likely to have a phone on them then a laptop when scanning students ID at events out at Tennyson and without the system becomes unfunctional and useless across differing platforms
