Test Condition
Cell temperature -7°C
Before drivig: -7°C +/- 1.7°C at cooling fan inlet.
During drivig: -7°C +/- 1.7°C and -14°C to -1°C at cooling fan inlet.
Engine oil temperature: -7°C +/- 1.7°C in the center of oil pan.
Humidity: Lower to the extent of no dew condensation on the dynamometer.
Fan setting: Wind velocity fixed type (max. 2.5 m3/s). (could be fixed or variable speed)
Hood: open (It depends on certification mode)
L21B hood close +variable speed fan.
l02d/p02f hood open + fixed speed fan.
Only one of the vehicle windows may be opened.
Set the heater with A/C off regardless of manual A/C, auto A/C, or full auto A/C*.
Temperature setting: Maximum 20 sec after engine starts.
Blowing position: Front window.
Inlet: Drawing outside air.
Rear defogger: OFF (or aditional systems "dual")
Fan speed:
Minimun air flow rate 20 sec after engine starts.
To 125 sec: Minimun air flow rate
125 to 130 sec: set Maximun air flow rate
130 to 505 sec: Maximum air flow rate
505 to 510 sec: Set to Minimum air flow rate.
After HOT restart: Minimum air flow rate

Enviromental condition out of normal.
CVS dilution rate and a B/G concentration
shall be within standards.
Comparison with target values
and make a judgment.
Continuous values of exhaust gas concentrations.
Monitor signals of various units and measuring instruments according to an objective (Signals sampling rates, DTCs,)
