FUNNELS

OPERATIONAL

I would love to get Designer feedback on what they think of our existing funnels and how we could improve those

We need a proper quality control - I see many grammar errors but also logical errors like twice the same review and image being used

Maybe we should start deleting assets in the Elementor Media library for efficiency reasons

It would be nice to give feedback to the designers about the funnel made, if it is having engagement, if it works what works and what doesn't, in terms of numbers as with the ads created if possible.

I think we should get rid of the OG links in the Glossary and just make sure all relevant artwork has been added to the OG IMG DB (people will not use the links as they are hard to crawl)

FN to create Funnel review ticket

Add funnel performance dashboard to design dashboard

Copywriting/ Story is not really seen on design side

consider this when creating funnel and designers put prio to a working story, MB responsible for copy

GR and LF want angle session => JR to think on how to organize

Feedback regarding any ticket can be more thought out. For example, it´s common for a V.3 ad to get feedback regarding an element that was present since V.1 and could have been addressed sooner

Improve ticket communication by setting guidelines for our most common uses (feedback, annotation, delays, findings...). Define a clear structure and visual format for those could improve the way we document our work progress.

We should try to draft tickets for subtasks related to roadmap projects and make them checklist items of the "master project ticket" so that it all remains linked without polluting the comment section with feedback, and other sorts of annotations that would be only relevant to a subtask. Using the main project ticket comment section only for crucial communication i.e. milestones, learnings and overall project feedback.

when a media buyer takes a vacation or holiday, he can reasign his tickets so the designers can keep on working

some angles are complicated to animate and demand a lot more work than others, maybe we can have angles destined for motions and animations

When an angle is created from an inspiration ticket, the angle can be identified as such in the angle pipeline. That way the designer can also see the original image for inspiration 30/11

sometimes a ticket is created and the media buyer has an image in mind, like one image from the inspiration folder, maybe if the media buyer has some kind of direction for the ticket he could add the image and highlight the element to be incorporated, I think that doing so things could move faster on the creation

the way it was described, the new system will penalize whoever is taking extra tickets after their weekly quota, for example, you finish you required number for that week, and then proceed to take more tickets that were created on monday, it can be hard to finish a ticket that was created on monday if you started that ticket on the middle of the week, so if you are going the extra mile to take those tickets you will be penalized for taking them, as you can end up needing to continue to work on them on the following week

Motion and 3D tickets take longer and have more value on them and should reward with more points than the regular static tickets, otherwise there is no incentive for the designers to go after motion tickets as they are valued as other regular and faster tickets to create

there should be some kind of mark here for the feedbacks and ideas that were already read and worked on

When a media buyer wants a designer to follow a image, this image should be disclosed on the ticket before the designer starts working on it, as it would save time
