Phases
The impact
while advancing with the racket to hit the ball, making a slightly upward movement from bottom to top

The termination
Finishing the blow as long as possible, taking your chin forward with your right shoulder

Weight transfer forward, heel of rear foot is raised.

The preparation
The racket is brought back, while turning your shoulders and your right foot, until the head of the racket reaches the area of the court that is behind you.
At this point I have to emphasize that there are three great ways to start the preparation, to bring the racket back

Waiting position
The hands, holding the racket at waist height, are still relaxed, but not limp.

Slight inclination of the body, and thus, we turn the weight of the body forward, as if on tiptoe.

Preparation

And the fist of this must point to the opposite foot (that is, to the right)
We will keep the weight of the body on the left foot, although we have not moved the right foot yet.

Behind the baseline, with the left foot in front and the right foot behind
The arms are kept together, racket and ball, and the weight of the body is on the back foot.

The right foot comes forward, to start the recovery movement

We start the movement of raising the ball with the left arm up and the right arm comes out from behind until the elbow reaches shoulder height
where we will pause the blow that will precede the impact. The weight of the body is shifting towards the front foot
