CARNAVAL
The Brazilian Carnival is a festival celebrated annually in Brazil, at the end of February or the beginning of March. It corresponds to the national version of carnival, which is celebrated between Friday afternoon and Ash Wednesday at noon, which marks the beginning of Lent, the fortieth day period before Easter.

"Salgadinhos" are typical from brazil, and they consist of a variety of different baked goods that are given normally at parties, events, etc. The most famous ones are "cochinha", "pao de queijo", etc.
