Forest Fires: Caused by human carelessness or small flickers of flame created from friction from branches

Advantages

Forest Fires destroy forests, however the new growth after the fire attracts more animals

Effect
Tsunamis cause destruction of cities and villages, however new Tsunami Buoys have been made allowing us to evacuate the area wherever the tsunami will occur
Volcanic Eruptions burn and destroy everything around them, and there are 3 main volcanoes. There are shield volcanoes, cinder cones, and composite volcanoes. They either emit thick and boiling lava, or runny and warm lava. However they also give materials like zinc and diamonds.
Earthquakes destroy anything around it, especially in the epicentre. Aftershocks are deadly second waves that cause double damage to the surroundings. However, the Richter Scale and Seismometers allow us to find where a fault line is
Forest Fires are blazing flames that wipe out entire forests in a matter of seconds. They're surprisingly mostly caused by humans. Fallen cigarettes, unattended campfires, the burning of crops, etc are all major causes. However, the lush new foliage after the fire can attract more animals and lifeforms than ever before.
Avalanches: Avalanches are giant landslides that happen high up in the mountains. They're caused by loud noise, perhaps a rolling boulder, or human interaction. However, avalanche monitors can protect can protect humans from these deadly landslides
