        Learning how to make the most of your quirk in the heat of battle with a villain in many different scenarios and situations

        Learning the history of the profession they are dedicating their lives to

        Learning under real heroes, much like the internships but with a slightly more active role in the heroics.

        Learning to tackle the toughest environments to fight in i.e. water, ice, etc. and eventually learning to perform heroics as well as possible in such environments

        Learning how to work as a unit with other heroes, each class having the class split up into groups of Three to Six
        
        Villain Psychology 101 :timer_clock:
        Learning the reasons why villains do what they do and what makes them tick in order to not only figure out villains' actions in battle, but also possibly help villains, some of whom are simply victims of circumstance or their own mental health
        
        Work Studies :calendar:
        Working under a hero in a position less than a sidekick but much more than an intern
