One event based project that dominates present day media is that of a call to an election. Election not only dependent on a viable audience to select a particular person or leader, it crates this audience through a well branded campaign that can paint a leader in a particular light, whether that is through youthful endeavors or whole campaigns centered around change. This event based project will entail posters, leaflets and other forms of advertisement that is used by government officials to push their agendas on to a population, getting votes that allow them to get into positions of power.
Elections such as the British general election is something synonymous with me and my life as i have seen a number of different campaigns that voice a number of different things.
Another inspiration would be that of the American Presidential race where again multi media is produced in order to paint positive and gracious lights of leaders and their endeavors.
Another form of a political campaign is seen through classic and timely posters and advertisements from the war time era, from nations all over this borderline propaganda moved and called people to action, being a source of advertisement whilst pushing its audience to join within the war effort. As well as that propaganda is and was a tool used withgin the indoctrination of minds within the population, with this in mind i will also look at attempts at propaganda which essentially shaped nations and the people within
