ADVANTAGES: It reduces intake of cholesterol/saturated fats-Minimizes risks of coronary heart disease
DISADVANTAGES:-One could gain weight-It lacks proper nutrients-lose of OMEGA 3, VIT B12

ADVANTAGES: Diet coincides with different peoples blood types--Emphasizes on plant based eating plans
DISADVANTAGES: Lacks the scientific evidence-It cuts out important food groups that is needed in everyday life.
