Super Saiyan Izumi
- Inko Midoriya and her husband Hisashi go out to the country to visit the grave of her brother Izuku, who had died of an incurable unknown disease. Inko laments that she can’t honor a promise made to Izuku, to name their child after him.
- Inko sees a shooting star, and she chuckles, jokingly wishing upon it that she could honor her promise in some way.
- Hisashi grabs Inko and pulls her out of the way when they notice the ‘shooting star’ is approaching quickly. It lands, making a crater right in front of the grave, miraculously barely missing it. Hisashi and Inko see that it’s a pod with a red glass window, and they see an infant.
- The pod opens and Inko convinces Hisashi that this was her wish come true. Hisashi warns her that the government will be there soon, so they should leave and cover their tracks if they want to raise this little girl with a tail.
- The Midoriyas fabricate her quirk as a primate type work with her tail and super strength as well as boundless energy
- Izumi Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo become friendly rivals, more friendly on Izumi’s side. Izumi actually wears out Katsuki on the regular with her boundless energy constant need for a fight.
- Izumi begins taking martial arts classes at 6 in a run down dojo under master Roshi. Roshi recognizes the child's tail and has a sinking feeling. He advises her parents to never let Izumi see the moon, but they know for sure that she has seen it before, which confuses, but relieves Roshi.
- Hisashi's job in the hero industry as a multi hero manager, allows Izumi, and by extension, Katsuki, to meet lots of heroes, as well as new friends Mei Hatsume, eccentric heiress of a competitor to Detnerat in the support equipment industry, and Shoto Todoroki, son of endeavor, who respects Hisashi's work quite a bit.
- Izumi meets Fuyumi Todoroki at a function when she's twelve, and Fuyumi is 16, and she absolutely falls in love with her.
