Inflammation
is a multifactorial inflammatory disease affecting pilosebaceous follicles
Then a microcomedo is created
An increase in circulating androgens at the onset of puberty occurs
These events trap bacteria to multiply themselves
Resulting in various inflammatory molecules and chemotactic factors
And then induce keratinocyte hyperproliferation
Then stimulate the production of sebum into the pilosebaceous unit
Impaired skin integrity
