Inspection can be describe as an action of checking on the people on whether they are applying the new standard sets by the policy in their life or not
through the inspection the government are able to conduct a thorough observation on the adoption of the policy of either it is successful or not successful

Licensing can be defined as an official form of document that gives an individual the authority to do or possess something
Example : the government have implement a Tobacco Control Laws where any shop or retailers who want to sell cigarettes must apply and consist a Tobacco retail licensing
AIDS
Aids can be describe as a financial assistance given to the people to facilitate life or business and increase the rate of compliance with the policies that have been set
Aids can be seen in the form of government Loans, program and subsidy

Contracting can be defined as the a collaboration between a private organisation with the government on a project
Through contracting the collaboration of private sector and the government can lessen the total expenses by the government
