PERSUASION
Persuasion can be defined as presenting an argument with logic and reasons to influenced other decision making whether to support or not the policy adoption
persuasion style of decision makin are normally used during the cabinet meeting as during this meeting in order to adopt a policy it must possess a large support from the cabinet members

Bargaining can be defined as a form of negotiation by two or more parties to achieve a mutual agreement

Command can be defined as an order from the upper level who have the authority or power to make direct decision
Command are normally used in a hierarchy structure where the upper gives command and the lower obey to the command.
In the process of adopting a policy command decision making style are only used by the Prime Minister in his power to make decision and implementing a policy with the guidance and advise of others
Example : the Prime Minister command the citizen to obey the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) sets during the Pandemic of Covid-19. The failure to comply with the command can be fine and jailed.
