a technique for controlling private organisations where they must comply
need some requirements
the violators can be denied of continuation of implementing present policy programs or future ones
Advantages: increase efficiency in service delivery
Disadvantages: reduce government expenditure, financial burden to public
Aid (Loan & Subsidy)
a technique for controlling and bringing policy compliances
To support what are deemed to be parts of the economy and national infrastructure.
Example : SME initiative where supported by Bank Negara and MDEC to help small company generate revenue.
Advantages : Increase country expenditure, bring benefit to public
