costume for acts - maybe new collars? sharky could get black, edgy one. uma is prbs fine without. charlie is ok, i like the fish.

acting
charlie - evil name could be gregory? humphrey? dunno. if can get him in costume, AMAZING! but dont think will happen.
to get cats to stay still - use food to make sharky look interested/surprised/engaged. videos of birds/chasing games to create reactions. feliway to give tense/angry/tired look. filimg sharky in front of uma to make her super angry
using rabbits or guinea pigs as the "lead" into finding charlie. interrogation scene. Either filing the rabbits in their pens and framing it as a sort of bar or hangout place for seedy characters or filming one of them in a isolation cage and its interrogating a criminal thats locked up

plot
Sharky is a higher up, stern agent or offical that is working on a criminal mastermind case, with the help of newly recruited rookie Uma, to sharkys annoyance. Charlie demands a million $ in 48 hours from the world bank or he will release a bomb on --something--. Sharky and Uma have to work to stop him before the timer is up.
use security footage of cats walking thru garden to help plot - could be charlies minions guarding his warehouse. Sharky and Uma work together to bust the place.
