Communication about presence or history of abuse and/or neglect while maximizing patient safety
H&P for mood neurologic concern including depression screening, cognition concerns, behavioral health, addiction issues, & sleep issues
Special population - trauma exposure / high ACE scores
Assessment, evaluation & plan development for mental status change, anxiety, depressed mood, suicidal ideation, risk to self or others
Documentation of primary behavioral health concerns

Week Eight: Neurodevelopment "Is my child developing correctly?"
Assessment, plans & management for neurodevelopmental disorders & gait abnormalities
Additional communication around interpersonal skills to increase belonging & inclusion
Communication about developmental stages, anticipatory guidance, screening
Documentation of neurodevelopmental conditions
Week 1: Brain Camp
Basic neuro exam review

Team medicine - communication between radiology & bedside clinicians
Week 5: Movement
Special population - persons with disabilities and how to access handicapped parking/ADA specifications
Motor-focused H&P - gait, motor activity/tone, sensory system, reflexes
Documentation of motor control
Assessment & plan for motor conditions (weakness, altered sensation)
Team medicine - communicate with consultant & incorporate all team members in assessment/plan/follow-up
