COMMUNICATION THEORY II
Communication is the faculty and the process of transmitting information, feelings and experiences to another or others. In all communication there must be a sender, a message and a receiver.
ELECTRONIC MAIL
In many respects, electronic mail or e-mail (electronic mail) is similar to postal mail. Like this one, it is used to send letters or other information to known people. Instead of being delivered by a postal service, e-mail, however, is sent through a computer network to the computer used by the person to whom it is addressed.
TELEPHONE
The telephone is still the main point of contact for most companies with their customers. In many cases, how you answer a call to your company will form your customers' first impression of it.
CARDS
Letters are conversations you have in writing with a person. It is the most elegant and formal written communication that exists. The letter is an external instrument: it is used to communicate outside the organization. If you were to communicate inward you can use a memo.
