Why I chose him
Because he opposed oppression and persecution.He hated tyrants of any form.He was a fighter for the workers and the poor.From a young age he wanted to fight for what is right.And that was on of the reason he wanted to become a preist.

Chris was an important person in the negotiation progress since Mandela's release in 1990.After unbanning of ANC and SACP on 2 Febuary 1990 he returned to SA.
