Gender Neutral Language

Weight Neutral Focus

Avoid "Ladies", "guys" etc.

"Body Busters" = gender neutral

Focus on complimenting technique, skill, energy - This has nothing to do with weight

Avoid commenting on people's bodies, weight changes etc.

Don't assume that everyone wants to lose weight
