I gather data concerning the physical limitations, cultural/linguistic backgrounds, academic abilities and any other information that would require me to differentiate my teaching strategies. I use that data to select from a wide range of teaching methods that ensure all learners have the opportunity to achieve to their full potential. I evaluate the relative effectiveness of the strategies I use, constantly making adjustments. I support colleagues across the school in doing the same by designing and presenting PD workshops to whole staff, as well as working with learning areas and individual teacher.

I support colleagues in developing teaching strategies and activities, based on the EDI model, designed to maximise engagement and academic achievement. I design and implement programs and activities that utilise current ICT resources, and present PD workshops aimed at upskilling colleagues in those resources
