It is a low-carb diet. This specific diet is for you to receive more calories from protein and fat and less from carbohydrates.
Raw Diet
A raw diet is a type of diet that involves chewing mainly unprocessed whole plant-based organic foods.
Mediterranean Diet
It's a type of diet that is inspired by the consumption habits of people who stay near the Mediterranean Sea, in countries like Italy, Greece, France and Spain
Sirtfood diet
This diet is a rigid, calorie-restricted eating regimen that claims to lower physiological inflammation, lengthen life, and activate the alleged "thin gene".
