Occurs when some employee leaves the business, this can happen as

Analysing the movement of the employees into and out of a business for know its stability in usually a year.
The formula used for measure that is
(number of staff leaving over a year/average number of staff employed) x 100
High turnover
indicates that he business has labour problems, meanwhile,
low turnover
suggests that is a stable business, but each one depend of each company.
STRATEGIES
Re-shoring:
reversal of offshore outsourcing.
Offshoring:
the work is done overseas.
Outsourcing:
someone, usually nationally, do the work for a business.
