Previous knowledge in PGCE 1
Purple Mash and Active Learn- PGCE 1
Basic Knowledge of HWB- used only for Welsh Eisteddford resources in PGCE 1 and uploading homework tasks. I had never used google classroom, Hwb e.mail Calendar, Drive, Google documents or Powerpoint. It was a very different style to what I had used traditionally like Word or Powerpoint and required me to develop new skills quickly. I am now very familiar with the set up having used the software daily for lessons and communication- it was the routine that the class and teachers followed.
Class dojo- Used to communciate with parents and upload pictures for children.
DCF during project
CAD- solve the problem with Sporky the Alien- the school lunch bag. Learners feedback- really enjoyed this software, with more familiarity easy to get to know, came up with fantastic designs, program was modelled and support given by MH
HWB
Google classroom, tasks uploaded regularly. Log in details for Padlet, Links for Wordwall, Numeracy and Guided Group Reading tasks.
Google PowerPoint- Daily PowerPoints, including slides for the majority of lessons carried out by myself during that day with morning starters, groups, links to videos, and other websites.
CSC Cronfa- Used for observation 1- Helpwr Heddiw and Welsh Culture. Attended staff inset with external Cronfa staff training. Used for other Helpwr Heddiw sessions, good resources once familiar with layout.
Hwb calender and events
Hwb e.mail Outlook. Correspondence with a variety of different school staff on a regular basis. Able to communicate and respond via e.mail and share information. ALENCO, Mentor, Headteacher, Class teacher

Emphasis of the importantance of digital competency to learners and support in giving the skills and opportunities to extend learners skills and competence.
Pass on knowledge- critique and develop personal knowledge- Sharing new resources with my class teacher and mentor. Padlet and Wordwall never seen before. Sharing knowledge of ALN assessment tools in current employed school, see saw and google classroom.
Assessment for Learning
Wordwall used for differentiation- resources created by myself - Spinning wheel selected learners names at random. Observation 1- Helpwr Heddiw Wordwall quiz and question generator.
Wordwall formative assessment- Observation 1 to obtain learners' knowledge during a Welsh lesson. Learners made a leaderboard and enjoyed the competitive aspect.
Padlet- Observation 2 Inventions checking prior knowledge and understanding of inventors and inventions. Using a poll with 4 different questions that the learners logged into.
Google Classroom assignments in Numeracy lessons, with live marking and feedback. Guided group reading tasks, uploaded as a focus task for 2 groups daily. Project logins and evidence of work uploaded into google documents.
