Revolution - a sudden and great change

Industrial Revolution - the sudden transition from a primarily agricultural society into a manufacturing society.

Rivers - Fast flowing rivers found in England allowed the quick transport of goods through water, and water wheels to power machinery.

Crowding - Due to the sudden movement of people to cities, to work in factories, thousands of poor people were crowding areas.
