Anna
Music
Vocals
You sing a song with your sister -- she is the one who likes singing the most. When you go on trips with her in the car, you both can sing the whole trip for hours!
Instrumentals
Violin -- your strongest instrument -- you take violin classes and practice outside of classes to pass the violin exam. When you were in 5th grade, there was a bottleneck in your learning of violin -- you didn't succeed the first time you took the test, but then your little sister helped you to practice a lot in your mom's office and then you passed
Music is very difficult -- if you don't practice you can't achieve anything. It has taught you perseverance because of this
Music is important because it is everywhere in your life. Your mom always took you to concerts to listen to classical music when you were young -- you feel that it is so elegant and you want to be a part of it.
The first time you performed music in front of others, you pushed through it even though you felt you weren't performing the best -- it helped to teach you to not be shy
-
AI Music -- It's just a coincidence that there was a project that contained computer science + music together. When you found out that there are models that can be applied in music, you wanted to try this out
You like R&B -- the soft flow is attractive to you. For example, "The Mystery of Love" by Sufjan Stevens -- songs like this help you to imagine things, and also to bring you comfort when you are anxious
Math/Academics
anecdote: In my 4th grade, I always got the highest score in our class
I have a good habit that eager to do the preview by reading textbooks and watching Khan academy. This strategy helped me to form my own mind and logic forehead the teacher's. So the knowledge of math is systematic in my mind.

Family
Father, Mother + Little Sister
You have a trip with your family every vacation -- for example, this summer you will be going to the southwest of China with them
Your parents both come from remote countryside areas -- there's no TV there, for example. They work hard, even though they didn't go to university at first. Your mom then studied on her own and went to university
You've been back to your parents hometown several times. Mom + Grandma are both most important family members for you. Grandma taught you to be kind and how to help others. In some ways you're quite alike with her
Friends
You have the same interests -- and help each other. One of your best friends (Jessie) is going to be a music major so she helps you out with music related activities, and then you help her out with Math
Best friend in JR and SR high school they all like going to the amusement park, so you all ride rollercoasters together -- it is a tradition that you have each summer. Your younger sister got you into this kind of thing You've been doing this since JR high
-
Your BFF in your JR high school -- there was a time when you were feeling depressed from the academic pressure and you had trouble sleeping. She was the one who helped you through this time and comforted you -- she is the first person who comes into your mind when you feel stressed. She's always very proactive and wants to do better
