Practical power
The way Gloria utilises a toy gun to shoot down Manny's pool floatie is a demonstration of practical power as she exercises her power by controlling the situation and uses her physical capabilities and upper hand in terms of her ability to handle a gun and demonstrates practical power.
Utilisation of practical means such as shooting a gun, though it may be a toy one is a clear demonstration of practical power.
Manny is also shocked by her actions and says "you could have shot me" showing a clear sign that a certain amount of fear has been instilled in him.
The confidence in which Gloria handles the gun with as well as her spot-on aim is also a representation of the fact that she is experienced in this field once again demostrating her upper hand an power in the situation.

Gloria showcases her ability to undermine power by insulting both Manny and Jay by making statements such as "You act like a little boy that doesn't want to accept that he's wrong" as well as "You, like a sad old man, that doesn't want to be happy"
The way Gloria utilises dysphemisms in order to portray the fact that she is in power and blatantly insults both Manny and Jay showcases Gloria's command in the situation as well as how she is able to effectively undermine power. Gloria utilises negative and dysphemistic language in order to solidify her stance and undermine their power.
After being insulted by Gloria, both Jay and Manny go silent and do not respond to her offensive comments. Their body language is also able to express their state of mind as Jay is constantly looking down, with improper posture and is unable to make eye contact with Gloria indicating that he had no power in the situation and Gloria's words such as "little boy who doesn't want to accept when he's wrong" truly impacted Jay and took away any power he had in the situation; this can be proven through lack of response and underconfident body language portrayed by Jay.
