Increase PMC Funding through grant requests, How do we make volunteers…

- - - - e.g. grant for training volunteers - how many volunteers did we train? How many became active volunteers? Retain a registry of our trained volunteers
        
        Online course for Mentoring returning citizens on 8/6 - 7 people signed up - follow-up with them on how the training impacts them and their involvement/effec6tiveness going forward (eventually hope to do something for personal visitation)
