Innediate nanagenent should include fluid resuscitation, high-flow oxygen, appropriate antibiotics (.v.) and analgesia.Definitive nanagenent is surgical except for a snall group of patients in whon conservative nanagenent with fluids (.v.)and antibiotics (i.v.) is indicated. Surgical nanagenent can be via a laparotony or, in sone conditions, laparoscopy.
