Life on the manor
Roles on a manor
People from all "levels" of feudalism lived on the manor: peasants, knights, lords, and nobles. Large fields were normally available around the Manor for animals, farming, and hunting. Only nobles were permitted to hunt in the manor's forests.

Fall of Rome

Perhaps the most immediate effect of Rome's fall was the breakdown of commerce and trade. The miles of Roman roads were no longer maintained and the grand movement of goods that was coordinated and managed by the Romans fell apart.
