Road to Building a Computer
:beer_mugs:
Knowledge and Skills
:star: :checkered_flag:
The knowledge I already have about building a computer are the main parts such as the CPU, GPU, motherboard and power supply
Putting in a motherboard and also a power supply in a Pc case!
Power Supply
The skills I already have are the ability to change parts in a computer and also how to apply thermal paste it’s a real tricky thing to do in a computer however I learned the hard way how to do it.
Applying Thermal Paste and also why it is very much needed in a CPU
Strategies
:explode: :pencil2: :pen:
Resources for building a computer are a bit pricey however I’ve already been trying to build computers for a while so I already have spare parts. However for the rest I will be using websites and stores for the rest of the parts .
Recourses I will be going to use:
Installing in a Cpu
Installing a Gpu
Research will be one of the cognitive strategies I will be using like asking a variety of questions to friends who have already been building computers for years on how to build them and also the internal process of it. It also wouldn’t hurt to use the library too.
A very helpful article that has everything I will be using for research
What I Hope The Reader Achieves From This
:!!:
I do hope the reader understands for my project is how to build any computer no matter the parts. I want the reader to know that building a computer is a bit difficult however it’s very much possible to achieve with using my project and the information that I have given.
What I Don't Know Yet
:forbidden: :red_cross:
I don’t quite fully understand why cases don’t allow other brands into the case even though the motherboard is universal to most if not all computers.
I don’t know yet about certain parts that fit into certain cases or certain universal cases that fit in all parts.
I don’t fully understand what HDDR is and why it is super important when building certain computers I’ve also heard that it’s not super important just a question that I need answered.
