My Top Five Strengths
Achiever
Description: Has as a great deal of stamina and works hard, taking great satisfaction from being busy and productive.
Personal: Completing the tasks and goals that are set for me, either by myself or by others, makes me feel accomplished.
Action: I relish in the feeling of being busy, yet also need to know when I am "done." Attach timelines and measurement to goals so that effort leads to defined progress and tangible outcomes.
Action: Remember to build celebration and recognition into my life. Achievers tend to move on to the next challenge without acknowledging their success. Counter this impulse by creating regular opportunities to enjoy my progress and accomplishments.

Futuristic
Description: Inspired by the future and what could be, as well as inspire others with their visions of the future.
Personal: Since I was in junior high, I have been looking forward to my future and ensuring that my actions now will set me up for success.
Action: Surround myself with people who are eager to put my vision into motion. They will feel exhilarated by my Futuristic talents, and I can harness their energy to propel the vision toward reality.
Action: My Futuristic talents could help equip me to be a guide or coach for others. Not everyone can see over the horizon like I can. If I have an idea of what someone could be or do, share it with them in the most vivid way possible. This inspires them to move forward.

Strategic
Description: Create alternative ways to proceed, and when faced with any situation they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.
Personal: I like to find the most efficient ways to solve problems. I don't like wasting time thinking about how to proceed, but I like to consider my options in a timely manner and then move on to the application phase of solving issues.
Action: Trust my intuitive insights as often as possible. Even though I may not be able to explain them rationally, my intuitions are created by a brain that instinctively anticipates and projects. Have confidence in these perceptions.
Action: Find a group that I think does important work, and contribute my strategic thinking. I can be a leader with my ideas.

Description: Enjoys routine and structure, their world best described by the order they create.

Focus
Description: Can take a direction, follow through, and make the corrections necessary to stay on track; prioritize, then act.
Personal: Staying on track is something that I find pride in. Prioritizing tasks is something that I implement in my life every single day, and I love it.
Action: When I set goals, discipline myself to include timelines and measurements. These will provide regular proof that I am indeed making progress.
Action: Seek roles in which I can function independently. With my dominant Focus talents, I will be able to stay on track with little supervision.
