Strategic communication:
Strategic Communication is the discipline from which they will be articulated
intelligently all tactical communications.
In all communication there must be a
sender, a message and a receiver.
Feedback:
Any response that
receiver gives to the communication of a communicator.
Whenever there is a
communication back and forth, the return would be the Feedback.
Communication is the faculty and the process of transmitting to another or others,
information, feelings and experiences.
Communication is effective when the receiver understands what the sender meant and in turn responds to the sender.

• Specific enough to allow us to relate it to the
actual communicative behavior.
• Focused on behavior; that is, expressed in terms of human behavior.
• Not logically contradictory or logically self-conscious.
The purposes of the communication must be:
• Compatible with the ways in which people communicate.
Creating more effective feedback systems within
of the labor or social group, or in a simple two-person relationship, is a condition
essential for a good communication.
“tactical communications”:
all those disciplines that
corporate communication management fulfill a function primarily
operational.
The elements
of the communication process are:
• Issuer (who issues a message)
• Message (what is communicated)
• Channel (through which the message is communicated)
• Code (signs used to communicate the message)
•Context (relationship established between the words of a message and that clarify and facilitate the understanding of what is being expressed.)
• Receiver (who receives the message)
