        There are 3 users that the program must be equipped to
        
        A website link that shows a JSON file of many different food trucks
    - - Safety
        
        The system will be hashing and salting the passwords to protect the system from being invaded by people trying to crash or encrypt the system. It will also make sure that the person is a terrace student or a terrace relative to make sure no external factors might affect the rating of the food truck. There will also be a home button on every page to make sure the user can make a mistake and go back. They can also press go back before they submit their response and can go back to make sure the user rates the right food truck
      - Learnability
        
        To make the system very usable under each action a little description will be included as the user will know where they are being taken. Also to have some consistency across each page the same taskbar will be used and a go-back button will be included so therefore the user can explore but won't have negative effects on the user
      - Utility
        
        The program will only be able to what the program needs which will be a survey and rating system for food trucks that Terrace uses at events. It will also have a login and register system just to make sure that the people doing the survey are terrace students and no outsiders which may affect the results of the food trucks. Otherwise, the program will not have any other external features
      - Accessibility
        
        Big buttons and alt text will be used as to allow different people to use this program without struggling. Using enough contrast with the main colours being used is red, white and black will be able to benefit people for those using a mobile devices.
      - Effectiveness
        
        The number of surveys being able to be recorded will be able to determine the effectiveness of the overall program. However to increase the effectiveness only Terrace photos on the homepage will be used for the user to know they are on the correct page. Using direction on where the user to go will also be used to increase the likelihood of the user finding the survey by themselves. Although, not too many words and pictures will be used so as to not overwhelm the user.
