POWER WALKING

Audience- Everyone, through it best benifits middle aged to elderly people
Time- covienent, it is the indivisuals choice of when and for howlong so it can fit inot there scedule
YOGA
Audience-Indivisuals with poor breathing habbits, people of all age groups and fitness levels.
Benefits- ddress poor breathing habits and better utilise the muscles used in breathing, it re‐energises the body, giving a feeling of beingmore powerful; reduces stress; induces calmness; improves flexibility and muscle tone; and improves immunity.
Cost- Depends wheather it is a class which can have a small price otherwise it is free to do at home.
Time- It isnt time assuming as the time spent on it is up to the indivvisual unless in a group class.
SWIMMING
cost - the cost of a swimming venue is relativly low (around $50)
Time- Can be fitted into an indivisulas scheual easyly. Time effective
benefits - improves joint mobility, relaxing, improves flexability, low impact therapy
Audience - people who are swimmers training for a meet, people who can't do too much high intesity activites. Suits asthmatics
RUNNING
benefits - lower blood pressure, reduce body fat percentage, lower cholestral
cost - the cost is free because you can run anywhere
audience - running is aimed at people who want to increase their cardiovascular health
time commitment - to see results from running you shoud aim to run 4-5 days a week for at least 30 minutes
CYCLING
benefits - increase cardiovascular health, improved joint mobility, decrease stress levels, strengthen bones
audience - people who cycle are typically people that are suffering from heart conditions or knee pain. people also cycle for the benefits
cost - for a decent bike it will cost around $400-$500. but using bike tracks, the roads and footpaths are free
time commitment - cycling is a relativley convinent activity and can be done whereever there is a flat surface. a beneficial bike ride should go for at least 30 minutes.
TAI CHI
Benefits- improves physical well‐being, lower body awareness and posture, are explored.
-benefit people who suffer from arthritis, lower back pain and stress.
Cost- Free to do at home or small cost to go to a class
Audience- popular with all age groups. Benefits older people
Time-Can be incouperrated into daily rountine or another planned worout.
WEIGHT-TRAINING
benefits - Muscle training, makes you stronger, improves heart health,
Audience - people looking to get fit, body builders, looking to grow muscles
Cost - the average cost of a weight trainer is anywhere from $40 -$100 depending on the length of the session
Time Commitment - commited people will train 4-5 days a weeek for around 20-90 minutes
