        according to its hierarchy in strategic objectives, tactical objectives and operational objectives.
        
        Operational objectives: these are specific and short-term objectives established at the operational level. They include the activities carried out by each area of the company
        
        Tactical objectives: they are medium-term objectives that occur in the areas or departments of the organization.
        
        Strategic objectives: they are general and long-term objectives that seek to define the direction of the company.

        People-oriented direction. This manager understands that the employees are the soul of the organization, so he supports his team, gives it autonomy and contributes to its professional development.
        
        Task oriented management. This managerial style, although somewhat autocratic, is often very effective.
