Keep a journal for 2 weeks of time, place, level of aggressive act
If no changes, discuss findings with parents and administrators and make an IEP plan and a school counseling plan.
Crying instead of trying
Increase positive feedback when the student tries even just a little

Suggest they see a nutritionist or doctor

If no change, meet with parents and school administrators and implement an IEP plan.
If no changes or improvements. Meet with parents and ask them to seek specialist advice.
Parents, teachers, administrators meet once a month, student improves, success!
