Enrollment
:smiley:Face-to-face interview* are taken into place for student’s enrollment
where teachers will assess students’ intellectual, social, emotional and physical wellbeing.
his/her homeroom teachers will keep close monitoring of the student and regular communication with the subject teachers.

If the student’s issue cannot be solved by the homeroom teacher, the grade leader will be involved.
Student’s wellbeing coordinator, school psychologist will have regular psychological counseling and parents will be informed with the latest psychological status.

:silhouette:Parents are informed that they have an obligation to share with the school any information about their child which could impact the school's ability to provide an appropriate program during admission program.
The grade leader will investigate and solve the issue base on the
homeroom teacher’s referral.If the issue cannot be solved, the case will be send over
to the student support team.
The support team (subject teacher, homeroom teacher, programme
coordinator, student’s wellbeing coordinator, school psychologist etc.) will recommend
and agree on the further action, and the initial course of action may include a meeting with the parents.
After the results of the testing are known, the administration will inform the teachers
about what kinds of accommodation are needed for the student.

if subject teachers identify students who may need support, and they will inform the student’s homeroom teacher of these concerns through a Student Referral Form;

through the implementation of Graduated Approach, the school will continuously
access, plan, do and review the plan for the student to ensure student’s learning
outcomes and wellbeing are maximized
if the student intends to enter the IBDP, the IBDP Coordinator will be included in the
meetings. In such cases the IBDP Coordinator will advise on inclusive practices for
the Diploma Programme including but not limited to applications for inclusive
assessment arrangements. :
