Create working group to generate definitions of what qualifies as a negative
Speak with teachers about what they currently do and create a fair and consistent tariff which can be applied across the school

Create zone where there are several spare of all sizes and space for changing
Students not allowed to attend without correct uniform

Students given out equipment pack at start of year
Students expected to maintain equipment otherwise there will be sanctions
Detentions
Rota of SLT and Middle leaders to run nightly detentions (including truancy)
Students to do classwork during the detention from the lesson they earned the detention
