to use a mobile app, that contains some digital key, the user can use the authenticator app to gain control over the Hardware configratuin and setup

Units Types
we will need to plan the system, in terms of units types?
Option 1
Desctiption
Sensing Units only, that only gather data
Connnectvity Externdders units that only spread the connectivity of the system
Central Unit, that connectes to the servers
Benifits
this may give options for expanding the farm, by deviding the system into single function units, and you can get more of the units with certain function, and less of the central and system units
may help with power usage and plannign, while the sensiing units shall need less power, and the central unit shall need more power to stay connected to teh server, so the power goes to the units which need it
this options may help with development complexity for the system, but it adds to the other units
Option 2
Desctption
all units are the same, and have the same hardware,
this means all the units have the same full cost, and all reuqitemsts to run
this means also that all the units will send data to the server in typical case, of course this can be changed to have group of devices connected to a one of the units, that is ellected to be the centeral device, thus we reduce the number of units uploading to the system at the same time
the problem with mutible davices uplaating to the same server is that thing rais the level of requiremts fore the server and limits the optiosn of the free versions of servers that we may use for the first and second phases
this means also more power use for the single device
in addition, the development process for a device that will do sensign and uplading to the server at the same time may be harder, dependign on the number and type of the sensors and includied devices
benifits
this system on the other hand, is easirr to replicate, so once you build the first unit, its should be easier to build the other units with the recipe
does require less setup, one device do it all, this may fit the small farms, or the farms needing some specific requirements
should do better with marketting and easier to demonstrate the system
Cost
what is cost range shall be for the initial prototype? (first phase)
usually we build one or maybe few units of the first prototype, this is considered more as a proof of concept
What is the cost range shall be for the MVP? (second phase)
we shall be able to have multible units of this version, not large number of units, but we shall be able to replicate building the units in normal process
