Administrative Lead Process
Schedule & Plan Tradeshow (capture hotels, flight info, attendees, etc...)
Send Lead Process to attending MFGs
Follow Up with MFGs on retrieving Leads (give them deadline)
Once all leads have been received - clean & combine all leads into 1 report. Send to Kineka & Rachel
Determine Hot or Standard
Import Leads into RepBox and send email to Sales Team. (Lead Source determines where the lead came from)
If HOT Lead
ISS Team will connect with OSRs to follow up on HOT leads (if relevant)
Follow up with ISS Team to make sure they are converting the HOT leads in a timely manner. (Hot are contacted within 2 weeks depending on the amount of leads)
Answer Questions & give updates regarding Leads to MFGs (Taylor to pull reports for Josh to send when needed)
If Standard Lead
Lead Process Ends. Marketing sent an eBlast to Standard Leads already (ISS Team will only handle Standard leads if they reach out after the eBlast
Create "Thank you for Attending eblast"
Get eBlast Approved
Send out Eblast
Lead comes into the Marketing Email
Determines OSR & ISS responsible & whether Hot or Standard
Inputs Lead into RepBox (Lead Source = Email)
Forward Lead Email to OSR & ISS informing them that the Lead has been added to RepBox
ISS Team will connect with OSRs to follow up on leads (if relevant)
If Hot Lead - follow up within 24-48 hrs
If Standard - follow up within 72 hrs
Operator Answers Phone Call
Phone Call gets forwarded to ISS responsible
ISS determines if Lead
Enters Sales Cycle into Repbox (Lead Source = Phone Call)
