Enunciation
Clear enunciation is really important in a speech. It is how distinct your sounds are. Be clear and confident.
Enthusiasm
Show enthusiasm and interest for the topic by showing gestures of positive emotion. It will make you look and feel passionate.
Vocalized pauses
Filler noises (um, uh...). You can reduce or avoid them by:
Focus on noticing if you overuse these pauses. If you ask the audience and they noticed and remembered, they were being overused.

Vocal categories
Volume
Control the intensity or volume of your voice by practicing it or looking at the reactions of your audience. Adapt to the speaking environment both socially and physically (a small room requires less volume).

Pitch
Control the highness or lowness of your vocal sounds by speaking at the pitch where you feel the less strain or pressure.
Diction

You should be precise and simple for easy understanding, you should be vivid for the listeners to capture your main points, place emphasis on important words and be fresh by avoiding both repetition and slang.
Grammar
Keep in mind the rules and conventions for speaking and writing. You deliver correct grammar in a formal speech and use standard American English.
