        For most cases, a new snapshot should be created instead of refreshing. They can also duplicate the snapshots, depending how many changes they made in the page/ if any changes is wanted for the snapshot
        
        Refresh can cause data to be assigned as interaction in "not visible elements" IF big changes are made in the page (layout change for example)
        
        Check for page load issues and blocks on client's end
        
        check if our script is correctly loading
        
        Any blocks on the page that could be preventing CE bot?
      - Tracking Issue?
        
        CE2.testID to check snapshot ID for that page/device
        
        Check if clicks/visits are being recorded in the snapshot
        
        Check if clicks are assigned under "Not visible"
