- - - - I would need long term relationships, not just one offs, so employ staff long term, suppliers and customers not as one offs but repeat sales for example
      - respecting the other person but also recieving respect from them
      - learning might take trial and error, i should respect the fact that I may fail sometimes, more so initially
      - It can provide me with the opportunity to make worthwhile, mutually beneficial relationships
      - Preferably in person relationships, not distance selling
      - I would like them to be at a reasonable depth , possibly over time not just "hello my name is"
