Structure of the League of Nations
The General Assembly and the Conference of Ambassadors was unclearly defined,and the conference often made decisions on behalf of the league
It required a unanimous vote by the council which consists of Britain,France,Italy and Japan and other countries and 67% of the Assembly to agree
It was difficult to get everyone to agree because different countries had different opinions
