Double the work - if you hesitate to do the task for more than 3 seconds
Harden the body to harden the mind
Men are born to attain status - Biologically programmed to increase their status via (Money,Power,Women)
Get angry if you don't have the status to escape teh matrix yet
I can do anything
4 hour work week
Do research on recesion proofing
No one is coming to save me
avoid taking shortcuts(except strategically better - longterm and shorterm)
World doesn't owe me anything more than what i deserve(value i create)
Why / Context
Suffering becomes easier because you are on a Hero Journey and you are supposed to overcome these challenges
You are not fighting with someone else , your enemy is your own villain
Create a list of villain traits - and create a clear vision of your villain(at least 20)
He is just a person who does what is supposed to be done - regardless of how he feels
He does 30 pushups daily no matter how he feels
He talks to every single hot girl he sees (even he feels fear)
He will take on the most boring/difficult work first thing in the morning (eats frog for breakfast)
He shamelessly proceeds with a smile whenever he gets rejected and recalibrates next step (knows that its one more step towards success)
He doesn’t give a fuck about what others think of him
He is full control over his body, his habits and his behavior(actions)
He is 1000/100 patience and he can take any pain, do any boring task with a smile on his face because he knows he can start enjoying anything once he puts his mind /heart to it(builtin pass ion vs learn passion) - so good they can’t ignore you
He gets pleasure out of finishing difficult tasks - he feels a sense of accomplishment and satiation from that rather than any distraction/addiction(dopamine redirection)
When he gives his word he follows through on it no matter how hard - that’s why he is very careful with his words
He reads every day to learn from people who succeed in what he is achieving
He eats less and healthy because he knows the pain of eating junk is more than pain of hunger. Pain of not looking /feeling healthy> hunger pain
He is assertive and speaks fearlessly but tactfully
He keeps house clean and organized because he is badass about discipline
He does his morning and evening routine like he is in the army at war
He practices his fighting skills daily because he wants to be ready to go any moment and don’t like to be a bitch.
He works towards his freedom daily no matter how busy/painful it is to do it.
The moment he is aware he is wasting time doing a distraction(masturbation,youtube,texting random ppl) He will stop mid activity and getup and get back to what needs to be done.
He goes without food for 24hrs at will
He can stay away from electronics at will for 10 hours straight
In appearance he is full of tattoos , ripped, proportioned body with body fat 15% and man bun.
He doesn’t drink alcohol (because its war time)
He doesn’t smoke (because its war time) :
Pin your reward by earning it - If i want to have ice cream - I will workout extra today to have icecream because I have earned it and it tastes better.
Lesson3 - Gratitude
Self Censor- Deliberately stop doing something you do daily that you like because when you do it next day you feel appreciation(dopamine detox?)
Ex: if you really love driving your car refrain one day for it., Don't watch youtube for entire day.
choose 1 thing for next 3 to 4 days: eat but drink water, or don't eat food.
Basically fast from your really things you love/like to appreciate them more
