runny nose, sore throat, cough, congestion, mild headache, sneezing, low-grade fever, generally feeling unwell

otitis media
: accumulation of pus in the middle ear & inflamed tympanic membrane
pharyngitis 咽炎
sinusitis 鼻窦炎
diagnostic test
diagnosed by signs and symptoms
chest X-ray (if suspected bacterial infection)
treatment
decongestant nasal sprays
: adults can use for up to 5 days
cough syrups
pain relievers
